This daily planner functions not only as a schedule and organizer, but doubles as a meditative resource. This planner helps guide one on their meditation journey, by demonstrating twelve different types of meditation practices they can use throughout the year. Each month contains a monthly calendar, notes section, and daily schedule as well as a unique meditative practice and space created through gradients and typography. This publication takes the stressful activity of scheduling a busy 24/7 lifestyle and combines it with a mindful practice to offer one a sense of tranquility and peace each day.
